Grandfather's House
This house belonged to my great grandparents and has been in the family ever since.
It has been newly renovated. It can comfortably house six people.
There are three bedrooms consisting of one large master bedroom and two normal sized bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed built for two. It has an air conditioning and Heating unit in it. There are also two windows that have a paritial view of the ocean.
The smaller bedrooms each have a single bed.
There is a kitchen with a full refrigerator, hot water, stove and oven.
The bathroom has a shower and there
is also a washing machine. Clothes drying is done very efficiently on the balcony.
The front door of the house is located less than 50 meters from the ocean.
The interior size about 800 square feet.
There is a one week minimum on rentals.
